About the founder and her journey.

Head chef, Founder and CEO.
A little about her background, she did her Bachelors in commerce in Jain University,Bangalore,India. She realised her purpose of life was to cook and feed.She then went on to pursue what she loves the most, cooking and baking. She did her Masters Diploma in hospitality management of culinary arts and patisserie from Ask institute of hospitality management and culinary arts,Bangalore,India. Interned in one of the Marriott Groups of hotels, the prestigious Sheraton Grand Hotel, Bangalore,India. She had to pick a specialization and she knew nothing more than baking would make her happy. She finished her internship and immediately did her Diplôme de patisserie from one among the renowned baking academies of Bangalore , Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, Bangalore,India. After which, she gave six months into planning her dream child, The Local Baker.Global ; a licensed production kitchen, selling only safe and healthy products.

We are a licensed production kitchen committed in serving fresh and delicious goodies. We believe in safe, crafted and quality food.
From milling our flour for whole wheat baking in low temperature and humidity, having used in-house cow's milk which is not adulterated - to clean pure water from air, untouched by humans.
We do not use any kind of preservatives, no artificial flavours, synthetic produce or cake gel. We bake just like how we bake at our homes. Our products last upto a week if stored correctly and safe.
We provide a delightful bakery experience by inspiring a culture of pride and satisfaction in our work place.We like to keep it simple and emphasize taste over flash.
